Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our business and affects the ability for other clients to be seen. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
